#1 POWERFUL SHIFTS ARE OCCURRING — HAVE PATIENCE + BE GENTLE WITH YOURSELF
The Angels are letting you know that the high vibrational energy coming through this week is having a profound effect on your mind, body and energy field. If you’re feeling extra sensitive, irritable, tired, frustrated, overwhelmed, anxious or excited but you’re not entirely sure why it’s because you’re undergoing a HUGE transformation. Make sure to be gentle with yourself and have patience as your physical body goes through these changes and integrates this energy. Everything is being re-aligned and re-calibrated and you’re being guided to SO many wonderful new opportunities — stay open to receiving the blessings that are on the way!
#2 FOCUS ON GROUNDING + CENTERING YOURSELF
In order to harness the powerful vibration coming through this week, it’s SO important for you to stay centered and grounded. This will allow the energy to move through you and integrate much more fully, so that you can then move forward at an accelerated rate towards your goals. In addition to spending time in nature, the Angels are recommending that you do some intensive journaling this week to get in touch with what it is you truly desire to create next in your life. The world is literally your oyster right now — by writing down your desires and allowing your imagination to take hold, you will gain a newfound sense of CLARITY, ENTHUSIASM and PURPOSE which will give you tons of momentum as you take the next steps.
#3 YOU CAN DO IT!
The Angels are CHEERING YOU ON and letting you know that you CAN accomplish your DREAMS. Do NOT lose faith and do NOT give up! Keep dreaming BIG and keep believing in yourself — because you have what it takes to do this! The hardest part is believing in yourself and trusting that you know how to achieve your goals. Your SOUL knows how to do this. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, confused or stuck… do something to take the pressure off and just enjoy the moment. Go have some fun, do something light-hearted and remember that every moment and every step along the way are just as important and the end goal. You will get there by staying focused on enjoying the present moment and letting go of the need to control the outcome of how your goals and dreams show up!
