Instead of looking at how far you need to go and seeing any 'shortcomings' within yourself ("should've done this by now, haven't reached this goal yet, wish I'd done that sooner or faster or better..."), take some time (starting right now) to praise yourself and be PROUD of all that you have achieved and ALL the wonderful-ness that you bring to this world! The Universe will reward you a million-fold when you reward yourself in this way.
