How to Manifest Your Goals This Year

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or confused at how to go about achieving your goals this year?

This is the time of year when most New Year's resolutions start to crumble. All of the enthusiasm, energy and hope of January begins to fade as many people lose momentum and get sucked back in to old patterns.

So how can you ensure that you get to that finish line?


Well, one of the best ways to manifest your goals this year is to take SMALL DAILY STEPS and to create DAILY HABITS that allow you to chip away at your goals over time.

 

We all get impatient and we tend to want to manifest our goals instantly. (I know I certainly do! ) And often, daily habits are completely left out of the equation when doing manifesting work.


People usually focus on the bigger picture without looking at what steps are needed in the shorter term to get from point A to point B or point C. Even though it IS possible to manifest your desires instantly, it’s soooooo much harder to do it that way.


It becomes a million times easier when you take smaller steps.


Your mind isn’t always ready to take huge leaps and that tends to block the manifesting work that you’re doing. Your mind needs a little bit of coaxing and training first.
 

Daily steps, such as daily affirmations, daily written exercises, and daily inspired actions, all train your mind to understand, expect and to anticipate the outcome of what you desire, which is ultimately your goals and dreams.
 

By focusing on your goals over a significant period of time, such as 28 days (just like in the Shine Your Light course), you literally change your vibration and begin radiating the energy of your goals.


You begin to ABSORB THE ENERGY OF YOUR GOALS, DREAMS, and DESIRES when you perform daily habits and goal-setting exercises over time and you incorporate that energy into every aspect of your being, without even realizing it!

It’s just like developing a muscle. You can’t always see each day how the muscle is growing but it gets stronger and stronger, and in time you notice significant results.
 

This daily dedication also helps you focus on the present moment and it encourages you to live in the NOW. There are tons of tiny pieces that need to come together to create a larger goal and by taking daily steps, you begin putting those pieces together over time.


When you take small daily steps, you’re chipping away at your goal bit by bit by bit, and each little bit adds up to something much larger. It adds up to something that is exponentially greater than the sum of its individual parts.
 

Remember that it's NEVER too late to follow your dreams.
