Appointment Cancellation/Rescheduling policy:

You are expected to show up to your appointment on time and to give at least 24 hours notice if you are not able to attend.

If you show up more than 15 minutes late to your appointment (without giving prior notice) then Rachel Avalon reserves the right to forfeit that session.

How services will be delivered:

Upon purchase, you will be sent a link to book your appointment in Rachel’s calendar.

All sessions will take place on Zoom teleconferencing system (unless otherwise stated).

Please note: you must use your 1:1 session within 3 months of purchasing.

Refund policy:

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance. However, due to the extensive amount of time, effort and care required to deliver this service, Rachel Avalon // Heart Soul Bliss does not offer refunds of any kind. By making this purchase, you acknowledge that no refund of any kind will be given.
